In 1971 Diana began a very successful career in Real Estate. It was the growing, explosive beginning of beachfront living in South Florida and Diana found great joy and satisfaction in helping people find their dream homes on sunny Ft. Myers Beach.
While selling up-scale properties and pre-construction Gulf front condos, Diana also became aware of the lack of education in the schools there and was especially concerned about the growing number of teen pregnancies among the underprivileged. Acting on her concern she soon became a teen-pregnancy advocate, speaking at State level, encouraging the creation of programs and better educational programs that would meet the growing need.
Before long, she was invited to joined the Lee County Mental Health Association where she co-founded a 24/7 crisis hot line.
When Diana met and married Earl Nightingale she quickly recognized that the messages he had created and were still creating were the very keys needed that would unlock the doors to wider horizons and more successful lives for everyone - not just some.
Diana shared her ideas and thoughts with her husband.
In 1987, Earl retired from the company he had co-founded in 1960; a company that had become the world leader in personal achievement audio programs. It was then that he and Diana created, Keys Publishing - "Unlocking doors through education" - their Mission Statement and Trade Mark
and set out to share his messages with the present and future generations.
More than three decades later, Diana is still helping people unlock doors to better lives!
